They will be responsible for ensuring that our beanies are produced efficiently, meet the highest quality standards, and are completed on time. They will work closely with the production team and assist in various stages of the process, from machine operation to finishing and packaging. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a growing company. Amazing compensation package- High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required. Work is usually performed on the production floor with frequent ambulation among workstations. Long periods of stationary work while operating machines. Hand dexterity and coordination sufficient to operate machinery for detailed work. Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs). We’re excited to meet you!
