Production Operator:

Prepare, handle, and package both uncooked and cooked meat products Operate equipment to cut, box, seal, and label products according to specifications Load product into ovens, smokers, or packaging machines as needed Perform basic machine adjustments and material changes Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety standards, and quality procedures Your skills and experience: Prior experience in food production, packaging, or machine operation preferred Comfortable working in cold, clean-room environments with raw and cooked meats Ability to learn and follow SQF, GMP, and QMS guidelines Attention to detail in following food safety and quality protocols Able to identify and report product or equipment issues quickly What you can expect from
