Position Summary:

The Quality Control Laboratory Analyst is responsible for performing a wide range of chemical and microbiological testing on raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples in a CGMP-compliant laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform analysis on raw materials, finished goods, APIs, and controlled substances following approved methods. Conduct microbiological testing on environmental (air/surface), purified water samples, and raw/finished products per USP standards. Execute wet chemistry tests such as LOD, pH, and titration. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and analytical instruments. Prepare standard and sample solutions per SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific discipline; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Control Laboratory within a CGMP pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or environmental setting. Experience using Labware LIMS v7 and participating in laboratory audits. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), LMS, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Solid knowledge of HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and other analytical chemistry techniques.
