ACTALENT IS HIRING A QC ANALYST FOR BIOTECH COMPANY

Description + Conduct thorough quality control analyses on manufacturing data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. + Utilize Excel to create and manage complex data sets, perform data analysis, and generate insightful reports. + Develop and maintain pivot tables and V lookups to streamline data processing and enhance data accuracy. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to implement data-driven quality improvements. + Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product quality and manufacturing efficiency. + Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and best practices. + Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Data Analytics, Quality Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline. + 1-4 years experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment. + Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, V lookups, and other data analysis functions. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights. + Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. + Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
