Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and consistency of our electrolyte products through rigorous testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compound analysis, particularly in NMP and electrolytes, and hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation. A background in chemistry-related fields is highly desirable, as well as proven leadership experience within a QC or lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished electrolyte products Analyze chemical compounds with a focus on NMP and electrolytes Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments such as ICP, GC, and IC Interpret and document test results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards Investigate and report deviations or quality issues and assist in root cause analysis Support the development and improvement of QC procedures and documentation Collaborate with production, R D, and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and maintain high product standards Provide leadership, training, or mentoring to other QC team members as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field Prior experience in a medical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology quality control environment preferred Strong analytical skills and experience with instrumentation including ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma), GC (Gas Chromatography), and IC (Ion Chromatography) Experience analyzing electrolytes and NMP compounds is highly preferred Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a laboratory or production environment Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
