Contract to Hire About the Role Are you passionate about quality and precision? Join our team as aWarehouse QC Inspector, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and integrity of sterile and non-sterile medical supplies and devices. You’ll work closely with manufacturing teams, suppliers, and the Quality Assurance Manager to uphold the highest standards in product quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and issue batch records and work instructions aligned with the production schedule. Conduct pre-production line inspections and approve line clearance documentation. Inspect and release product labeling, reconcile labels, and perform final record reviews post-production. Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality throughout production runs. Collaborate with suppliers to enhance quality and support supplier qualification processes. Train employees and contractors on GMP guidelines, company policies, and new equipment usage. Participate in internal and external audits under the direction of the QA Manager. Assist in developing and maintaining testing and inspection procedures (SOPs). Conduct incoming inspections and release of medical devices, components, and subassemblies. Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and document findings. Maintain supplier files and compile vendor performance reports. Support complaint investigations related to product quality. Take on additional quality-related tasks as needed. What You Bring Experience in warehouse operations, packing, production, and inventory management. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to train and guide team members effectively. Familiarity with GMP guidelines and quality inspection processes. Analytical mindset for problem-solving and root cause analysis.
