Quality Control Specialist b-ONE Ortho 159 Dwight Place, Fairfield, NJ 07004 Job Responsibilities： Responsible for incoming inspection of product, raw materials and other processing materials Responsible for in-process and final inspection of product Responsible for final release inspection for product distribution Maintaining adherence of calibration schedule for manufacturing, testing equipment, gauges, etc. Initiate MRB/NCR process for any nonconforming product Maintain documentation per GDP requirements. Job Requirement： B.S degree in Industrial Engineering preferred; scientific discipline required. 2-4years experience in either manufacturing/machining industry, medical device industry. Distribution warehouse experience a plus! Understanding of GD&T requirements Capable to use basic measuring tools like gauges, comparators, etc. Basic understanding of ISO13485 and 21 CFR 820 requirements Skilled in Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
