We operate and maintain the world’s largest fleet of theBell 214B helicopter, the most powerful single-engine, twin bladedhelicopter. As we expand, we’re establishing a new manufacturing facility andare looking for a Quality Manager to lead this exciting newphase. The Role As a Quality Manager for our new manufacturing division, you willplay a key role in the creation of a Part 21 manufacturingfacility. You’ll oversee quality assurance, control, and compliancewith FAA and relevant aviation standards, ensuring operationalexcellence across all stages of the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Establish a Quality Management System (QMS) in full compliance withFAA regulations and other aviation standards. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure product certificationand airworthiness. Lead internal and external audits, driving corrective actions toaddress non-conformances. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operationalefficiencies and excellence in manufacturing. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance to maintain high standardsand operational safety. About You You will bring at least 10 years of experience in QualityManagement within the aerospace or aircraft manufacturing industry.
You’ll have strong knowledge of Part 21 regulations and will be anatural leader, capable of driving quality improvements in afast-paced environment. If you have experience in rotary wingoperations, this will be a distinct advantage.
