Your Key Missions:

Amend and uphold the Quality Systems Manual as per

ISO 9001

2015. Direct the deployment and refinement of ERP systems. Verify product alignment with customer and internal quality benchmarks. Conduct comprehensive plant audits, ensuring ISO-procedures are maintained. Analyze business metrics to improve quality performance. Bridge communications between operations teams and clients regarding quality challenges. Authorize certificates and lead troubleshooting of customer complaints. Manage the Quality Control department including Supervisors and Technicians. Oversee raw material quality checks and assessments. Partner with sales and technical support teams on customer queries and product development. Ensure analytical and measurement equipment remain calibrated and functioning. Promote team training on safety and production standards. Contribute to research and development initiatives. Substitute as a Quality Technician when needed.

Qualifications We Seek:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering required. A minimum of eight years in a quality assurance role in manufacturing. At least five years in a leadership capacity.

2015 Quality Management Systems expertise. Keen mathematical and analytical skills. Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving capabilities. A driving license in good standing is necessary. Experience in managing a small team efficiently.

Preferred Expertise:

Multi-plant oversight. Experience with ERP systems and related processes. Background in government contract compliance. Customer interaction and service resolution experience.
