Job Description:
- Manage overall quality control operations of manufacturing of automotive parts, such as EVA pipes, intercooler pipes, hose pipe assemblies, fuel, fluid pipes, coolant pipes, manifold and fluid pipes, and oil strainers.
- Develop and improve quality control procedures to maximize quality, productivity, efficiency, and safety for manufacturing activities.
- Evaluate and analyze production samples and quality test results to resolve quality matters and enhance finished products’ quality.
- Monitor quality control process to identify system malfunction and modification to enhance quality and achieve production goals.
- Review testing and inspection of prototypes and finished products to ensure that products meet quality standards.
- Oversee quality inspection results and product sampling process to determine changes on raw materials, product design, manufacturing process and other necessary parts.
- Confer with engineering and production department to ensure adherence to client’s quality requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 2 years of experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry. How to
