Full Job Description Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Coordinator plays an essential role in maintaining the standards of services within WellStone. By overseeing the implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures, this position ensures that the Center’s offerings of services meet both internal guidelines and regulatory requirements. What you’ll be doing: Monitor compliance of internal and external standards and regulations. Maintain continuous Quality Improvement Plan & provide guidance to staff within the company. Collect, analyze, and report data related to quality assurance initiatives to the Executive Team and WellStone’s Leadership Team. Develop new approaches with the Leadership Team to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities. Provide internal trainings to ensure quality assurance standards are taught and implemented. Conduct internal documentation checks on all service programs within the company. Keep abreast of up-to-date ADMH Administrative Code, Medicaid regulations, and other 3rd party payor sources. Provide verbal/written communications, trainings, consultation, supervision, & assistance on Compliance clinical staff, and other stakeholders as needed. Ensure compliance with CCBHC standards and train staff as needed. Complete other duties as assigned. What we’re looking for: Master’s degree in counseling, psychology or related field Licensed as LPC, LICSW, or LMFT to have the ability to sign off on clinical staff documentation Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in quality management.
