You will combine your eye for detail, cleanliness expertise, and leadership skills to maintain a pristine and high-performing environment, promoting both efficiency and product quality. Passionate about both the process and the result, you will drive a culture of cleanliness, order, and quality control across all aspects of the facility. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include supervising and training a team of quality control staff, conducting inspections, and managing cleanliness protocols within the production or operational environment. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, and implementing best practices in cleanliness to guarantee optimal performance and high-quality output. Supervise and manage the quality control team to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Analyze data from quality inspections to identify trends and recommend corrective actions as necessary. Quickly address any issues that may arise with cleaning, laundry, or property upkeep, providing solutions to keep operations running smoothly Conduct daily inspections of all Airbnb properties to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Verify that all rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas are cleaned thoroughly according to the company’s guidelines. Supervise and guide the cleaning and laundry staff, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and with attention to detail. Provide training to new staff on quality control standards, cleaning protocols, and laundry handling Qualifications Must have Driver’s License Must have at least 1 year cleaning experience
