Job dutiesManage overall quality control operations in manufacturing automotive door systems and modules. Develop and improve quality control procedures to maximize quality, productivity, efficiency, and safety for manufacturing activities. Evaluate and analyze production samples and quality test results to resolve quality matters and enhance finished products quality. Monitor quality control process to identify system malfunction and modification to enhance qualityand achieve production goals. Review testing and inspection of prototypes and finished products to ensure that products meet quality standards. Oversee quality inspection results and product sampling process to determine changes on raw materials, product design, manufacturing process and other necessary parts.
