Key Responsibilities:

Identify, record, and handle defects on the production line (assembly and injection), ensuring defective parts are filtered out before advancing to the next process. Maintain a structured database to record and categorize defect causes. Collect and organize materials to develop defect prevention training content, including training methods/records and documentation. Conduct routine floor inspections to detect early signs of quality concerns. Monitor on-site work activities to ensure adherence to established quality procedures. Provide training and corrective coaching to employees to maintain quality compliance. Support quality improvement initiatives by documenting corrective actions and reporting quality-related issues to supervisors/managers.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attendance record, with 90% or higher attendance in the past 90 days. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of manufacturing processes and various defect types. Effective communication skills with the ability to train and guide team members. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments on the production floor.

Preferred Qualification:

Associate’s degree or higher in manufacturing engineering-related field. Previous experience in quality assurance or manufacturing environments is a plus.
