Roofing QC Supervisor Position Available In [Unknown county], Alabama

Roofing QC Supervisor Confidential Alabama Duties Include:

• Oversee and manage the quality control process for roof repair and new roof projects
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Review quotes, contracts and technical documents to verify accuracy and adherence to company policy
• Collaborate with customers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Communicate with customers about their project and keep them updated on the start, progress, and completion of their project.
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
• Train and educate team members on quality control processes and best practices
• Monitor and track quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Must be able to climb a ladder and roof. “`Experience“`
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction quality control in residential shingle roofing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of roof repairs, gutters, flashings, trim carpentry, and carpentry techniques
• Strong ability to communicate with upset clients and handle difficult situations which require maintaining company reputation while ensuring company is protected and customer is satisfied
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to construction quality control
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels
