The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Clarksville/Russellville area to find a Senior Quality Specialist for their team. This is a 1st shift role and oversees all quality salaried and hourly team members! This job will have the following responsibilities: Manage quality personnel (salaried and hourly) at the plant Manage any changes or upgrades to the Quality programs from the senior leadership team or external parties at the local and government levels Assures all products are made safely and adhere to all food safety and quality guidelines at the company and government levels
Manage Quality Systems:
Holds, Foreign Material Issues, GMPs, HACCP documentation, and more Oversee the training program for all quality team members Maintain a solid relationship with USDA and FDA, being a liaison to the representatives and the plant Assist in the preparation for all Company Audits and responds to issues as needed Be the subject matter expert on all things quality assurance and constantly look for ways to improve the plant, processes, training, and food safety Partners with production, warehouse, maintenance, and HR partners on all product and employee needs and concerns
Qualifications & Requirements:
