• Ensures all control plans, work instructions, and other proceduresrelated to technical operations of the production lines ensure thesafety of employees in accordance with Owens Corning standards.\

• Actively participates in and follows requirements for Process SafetyManagement (PSM) and partners with cross functional teams to support,improve and enforce plant safety programs (LTT, Confined Space,
• Powered Industrial Vehicles, etc.).\
• Ensures a clear and effective measurement system is established andimplemented to drive results; rewards and celebrates safe behaviors andachievements as well as ensures accountability.\
• Drive Plant Quality Excellence\
• Act as the gatekeeper to ensure all quality control specifications aremet for all products according to ASTM standard testing, UL, R&DIndustries and FM Global standards and internal specifications.\
• Maintain master files and history on all specifications andprocedures.\
• Stay current on all Quality Control (QC) specifications and act as thesubject-matter expert for QC.\
• Educate all plant leadership and primary employees on quality controlrequirements.\
• Train all primary employees on QC procedures and processes.\
• Interface with Foam QC resources to ensure that plant has adopted allcurrent QC specifications.\
• Develop and sustain practices to minimize Cost to Non-Quality (CONQ).\
• Constantly strives to improve product performance in all areas andmatches up customer needs with technical solutions to ensure customerFitness for Use (FFU) are met with our products.\
• Provide technical and process support to our customers and salessupport team as required.
