Quality Supervisor

• Needed for Immediate opening at top Manufacturer in the Oxford, CT area. Pay Rate is $75k
• 85k. Direct Hire opportunity. Company offers great benefits! Responsibilities for the Quality Supervisor
• Oversees activities performed by Quality Inspectors, ensuring all manufacturing needs are handled to meet OTD.
• Create and monitor productivity metric to ensure the right resources are in place.
• Initiate activities and collaborate with Engineering to get resolution of problems identified.
• Ensure QIP work instructions and NC Procedures are followed and documented properly.
• Manage, identify and create training plans to promote a continuous learning environment. Ensure all employees are properly trained on how to identify, isolate, and document non-conforming material, identify opportunities for improvement and implement actions to close gaps.
• Monitor quality control. Ensure proper identification, isolation and documentation of non-conforming material.
  Qualifications for the Quality Supervisor
• 2-3 years of Medical Manufacturing experience.
• Strong experience in supervising others.
• Solid experience in process inspection and iing inspection.

Pay Details:

$36.00 to $40.00 per hour
