Quality Assurance Manager (Naugatuck, CT) Culture Fresh Foods,Inc. Oversee QA & management. Direct & manage quality programs,such as: GMP’s, HACCP, SQF, FSMA. Test finished goods & inboundmaterials. Collab with ingredient vendors & address issues. Supportcreation of a comprehensive dashboard, highlighting KPis. Leadquality-related training for new hires and refresher training.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Reqs:
Masters inFood Science, Microbiology, or rltd 2 yrs exp in job offered &skills:
PCQI, HAACP & SQF.
Travel required 1-2x / yr to tradeevents at unanticipated locations throughout the US.
