Greater Fort Lauderdale/Miami, FL Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QA/QC process for multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to contract documents, specifications, and local building codes. Develop and implement quality control plans and processes, including inspections, tests, and quality audits. Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process. Perform regular inspections and identify potential quality control issues before they escalate. Review and ensure that all project deliverables are completed according to specified standards and quality expectations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation for each phase of the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a QA/QC Manager position with projects at/greater than $100M+ Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager or similar role in the construction industry , with a focus on multifamily, commercial and senior living projects . Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and quality control processes . Experience with inspection, testing, and compliance reporting in construction. In-depth understanding of multifamily residential construction processes and requirements. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with various project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Certification in Quality Control (e.g., ASQ, ISO 9001) is a plus. OSHA certification or similar safety training is preferred.
