We’re looking for a Quality Systems Group Leader to champion our quality management systems, guide audits, and foster continuous improvement in production operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead internal Quality Management System (QMS) audits and drive follow-up actions
• Support document control, compliance tracking, and internal management review meetings
• Serve as the point of contact for quality systems processes, product audits, and reporting
• Guide and support Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Auditors
• Contribute to key manufacturing and product quality initiatives, including training and liability reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and enhance system performance

What You Bring:

• A technical degree (preferably in engineering or a related field)
• At least one quality certification (e.g., ASQ CQA, Lead Assessor)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Proficiency in data analytics, SPC, Excel, and quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis
• Familiarity with

ISO 9001

standards and internal audit procedures

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to travel occasionally within the U.

S. and internationally

Compensation & Perks:

• Competitive salary range of $92,000-$110,000 annually
• Bonus potential between 7.5%-15% based on performance
• Standard working hours: 8am-5pm , Monday to Friday
