The Opportunity Our client is a global equipment manufacturer who has hired us toseek out a Quality Systems Group Leader for their Ft. Lauderdale,FL location. This position is responsible for promoting and maintaining qualitymanagement systems while coordinating audits, tracking actions, andleading quality engineers, technicians, and auditors.

Other responsibilities include:

Coordinating and conducting internal QMS audits while trackingactions and compliance measures Supporting manufacturing quality initiatives Promoting the control of documents and records within the qualitysystem framework Leading and mentoring quality team members while facilitatingproblem-solving across organizational levels Qualifications include: Technical degree in science, preferred bachelor’s degree inengineering or related field with minimum five years of experiencein a production environment Certified Quality Auditor (i.e., ASQ CQA) with comprehensive ISO9001 knowledge Familiarity with Quality-Tools like TTM, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC,ECR, and problem-solving methodologies Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams andinfluence across all organizational levels Effective written and verbal communication in English withwillingness to travel domestically and internationally Check out our website at www.availasearch.com!
