FinancialInstitution Quality Assurance Role Objectives Develop and Implement Automation Strategies:

Design and implementcomprehensive automation strategies to improve testing efficiencyand coverage.

Test Planning and Execution:

Oversee the creation of detailed,comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Continuous Integration:

Ensure the integration of automated testsinto the CI/CD pipeline to maintain continuous quality. Collaborate with

Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely withdevelopment, product management, and other stakeholders to ensurecomprehensive test coverage and product quality.

Performance Testing:

Oversee performance and load testing to ensurethe software meets performance requirements.

Stay Updated:

Keep up to date with the latest industry trends andtechnologies in software testing and automation.

Required Qualifications Education:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or arelated field.

Experience:

15 years of professional experience in delivering largemultifunctional projects. Minimum of 8 years of experience insoftware testing and automation, with at least 5 years in aleadership role.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, orsimilar. Strong experience with scripting languages like Python, JavaScript,or similar. Using Gen AI model for Test Automation Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, orsimilar. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of SQL and database testing. Knowledge of LLM models

Leadership Skills:

Proven experience in leading and managing a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter orLoadRunner. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GoogleCloud. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker andKubernetes. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Skills:

Scrum/Kanban Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum:

$93,000

Pay Range Maximum:
