Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to support regional construction projects, with a focus on wood construction and building envelope quality . This role involves working closely with project teams to ensure high standards in construction practices and reporting directly to a VP or QC Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Review preconstruction documents to ensure alignment with QC standards, especially for wood-framed construction. Lead on-site meetings and inspections, including waterproofing, roofing, windows, cladding, and other key envelope components. Provide training and support to internal teams and subcontractors on best practices for wood construction and quality control. Assist in the development, management, and distribution of QC standards across multiple wood-frame and other project types.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in construction, with a preference for Multi-Family and wood-frame construction . IIBEC accreditation or a willingness to obtain it. Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills (ProCore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Office). Willingness to travel statewide and work weekends as necessary. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications, or the willingness to obtain them within 3 months. ENG01
