Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Legal Services Supervisor to oversee the daily performance of a team of Legal Specialists, ensuring productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role involves training, monitoring quality assurance, managing workforce schedules, and maintainingmunication between Project Attorneys, Project Managers, and Client Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide Legal Specialists to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
Collaborate with the Training Specialist to develop and facilitate training programs for 8-15 Project Attorneys.
Monitor and evaluate call quality using a standardized QA Scorecard, providing feedback to attorneys and assisting the Project Manager with performance data.
Analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
Manage workforce scheduling, ensuring adnce to timelines and accurate time entries.
Act as a liaison between the team, Project Managers, and Client Services, fostering clearmunication and strong working relationships.
Update and maintain procedural scripts and knowledge base content as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field; Legal background preferred.
Proven experience in staff supervision, training, quality assurance, and client service.
Strongmunication, active listening, and documentation skills.
Pay Details:
$36.00 to $45.00 per hour
