Position Summary:
As a Quality Control Manager, you’ll meet with customers post-sale to oversee installation quality, provide final consultations, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services and products. You will play a critical role in both customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Unlike traditional sales reps, this position requires a stronger background in home improvements to ensure expert-level consultation and quality assurance.
What You’ll Do:
Perform in-home quality control visits and final consultations post-installation Ensure customer satisfaction and provide expert guidance on additional home improvement opportunities Present and upsell compatible products and services to existing clients. Collaborate with installers and project managers to address any final punch list items Maintain accurate records of site visits, customer feedback, and upsell opportunities

Compensation:
Pay Range:
$75,000 – $150,000+ per year Hourly pay plus generous commissions Monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance bonuses
