As the Office Administrator & Quality Assurance Coordinator , you will be the core presence in our warehouse office responsible for managing the flow of administrative work, overseeing quality, and supporting both the team and company leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize all administrative documents, including insurance, labor, and compliance files. Track and process labor payments. Ensure all workers are ready, scheduled, and properly documented for daily tasks. Act as the daily presence that keeps the office running smoothly and energetically.

Oversee quality assurance:

inspect and approve door leaves before they go out for installation. Ensure the phone is always answered, office emails are responded to, and clients are handled with professionalism. Assist the CEO directly with administrative needs and internal organization. Support all departments with a solution-oriented and service-first mindset. Understand the product and all parameters of navigating our process

Requirements:

3+ years of administrative experience , preferably in construction, logistics, or manufacturing. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. High level of responsibility and ability to anticipate needs. Comfortable in a hands-on, warehouse-office setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with document filing systems and professional email communication. What You Need to
