Specializing in injection and blow molding for PET products used in the food and beverage industry, we are committed to delivering excellence and maintaining rigorous industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop the Quality Control (QC) technician team , ensuring product quality aligns with strict internal and external standards. Partner with the maintenance team to verify machine startups and support a smooth production process. Oversee the cleaning crew to ensure a safe, clean, and audit-ready facility at all times. Manage and lead regulatory and certification processes , including: FDA inspections Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safe Quality Food (SQF) programs Maintain and continuously improve all quality assurance programs and documentation . Operate in a dual role—balancing administrative responsibilities with floor-level oversight to proactively address quality issues. Collaborate with production and customer care teams to resolve product claims, drive corrective actions, and enhance product reliability. Conduct internal training and support for team members on quality procedures and compliance protocols. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of QA management experience in the plastic manufacturing sector (PET packaging experience strongly preferred). In-depth knowledge of
FDA , GMP
, and SQF standards. Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with cross-functional team collaboration. Language Requirements Fluent English required (spoken and written). Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
