PrimaryResponsibilities Communicates quality standards and values of thecompany with business partners, foreman, superintendents andproject managers to ensure compliance. Communicates company, ownerand government requirements and recommendations in relation toquality construction methods and processes with field and officestaff. Supports proficient use of internal quality assurancesystems and tools to assist with preparing reports for fieldsuperintendents, project managers and subcontractors detailingcompliant and non-compliant conditions. Analyzes contract documentsand construction drawings and provides feedback on unique qualityconcerns present for each project. Conducts audits to supportoperations and makes recommendations for corrective action. Ensuresfield operations and reporting is properly documented by monitoringinternal company business systems. Participates in staff, team orquality committee meetings, fostering quality efforts, reporting onquality trends or issues and creating communication plans tomitigate the issues. Serves as onsite quality representative onsingle project or multiple projects as needed. Develops robustrelationships with internal and external clients, including owners,business partners, manufacturer’s reps and third party consultants.

Conducts routine, consistent communication/updates with supportedproject leads. Provides mentorship and guidance to field personnel.

Performs special projects and completes all other duties asassigned or requested for the general support of the organizationMinimum Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Architecture,Construction Management or related field plus 1 year of workexperience supporting key position responsibilities or equivalentcombination of education and/or construction quality-related workexperience. Ability to perform work accurately and completely andin a timely manner. Ability to setup and use PLS, Builders Level,Grade Stick, and Rotary Levels. Understanding of ACI, PTI, and CRSITolerances. PTI Certification preferred Proficient verbal andwritten communication skills with all levels of the organization,as well as with customers and vendors. Proficient in MS Office andformal presentation skills. Ability to read drawings,specifications, building codes and other technical product andmaterial data. Knowledge of material and field-testing for QAprocesses. Knowledge of construction assemblies for a variety ofconstruction systems. Ability or recognize non-compliant conditionsand initiate corrective measures. Knowledge of construction tradesand scopes of work.
