Job Description:

Quality Engineering Manager Company is growing its team with the addition of a Manager ofQuality Engineering to lead a functional test team and ensureproduct quality, reliability and scalability for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of Software Quality Engineers. Managementincludes resource management for personnel & hardware, projectscoping, tracking
• Participate in creating master test plan and specifications
• Activate participation in automation design, code reviews andsolutions development
• Mentor and guide team members
• Research and implement new practices, tools and technologies toincrease R D efficiency
• Be Hands On when needed and perform functional testing of theproduct and deliver the product based on release cycles
• Triage bugs taking into account customer use cases
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure areas of responsibilitymeet the quality and feature requirements for each release.
• Manage the execution of test cases, identify and communicatedefects and monitor resolutions

Qualifications/Requirements Minimum Qualifications:

• A college degree in Computer Science or equivalent workexperience
• 2+ years managing or leading teams, in quality assurance
• Strong functional testing knowledge and experience
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience building relationships across teams, such asDevelopment and Product Management
• Proven experience deliveringhigh quality software products within a full developmentlife-cycle
• Test Automation experience is a plus
• Attitude and aptitude to be successful in a growing company
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA , Maven/Ant,Jenkins/Bamboo/TeamCity
