Quality Assurance Supervisor 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Orlando, FL • Remote Quality Assurance Supervisor Position Overview Renew Cares is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the oversight of clinical documentation and regulatory compliance for our wound care providers. This key leadership role ensures that our clinical services adhere to the highest standards of quality, regulatory guidelines, and company protocols. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in clinical quality assurance, wound care, and team management. Key Responsibilities Supervise the quality review process for provider documentation, treatment plans, and wound care records. Ensure timely, accurate, and thorough audits of EMR entries, progress notes, and billing/coding details. Lead and mentor a team of QA specialists, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. Analyze documentation trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and educational strategies. Collaborate with clinical leadership to establish, maintain, and update quality benchmarks and best practices. Support internal audits, external regulatory reviews, and quality reporting initiatives. Monitor compliance with CMS, HIPAA, MIPS, and payer-specific requirements. Deliver regular reporting on QA metrics, provider performance, and compliance risks. Participate in root cause analyses and continuous quality improvement efforts. Act as a key liaison between clinical, compliance, and operations departments to ensure alignment and consistency. Perform additional duties as assigned in support of organizational goal. Qualifications Active RN, LPN, or equivalent clinical license strongly preferred Certification in wound care (e.g., WCC, WOCN) highly desirable Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience, with at least 1-2 years in a quality assurance, compliance, or supervisory capacity In-depth knowledge of clinical documentation standards, wound care protocols, and electronic medical records systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation audit platforms Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Why ReNew Wound Care?
