About this role The Associate Director of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Business Process leads multiple teams of managers and supervisors to establish and execute continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to drive operational excellence. The position involves evaluating and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness while fostering a culture of excellence. Additionally, the Associate Director collaborates with senior executive leadership on KGS initiatives of strategic significance. Key responsibilities Oversee multiple teams managing major projects aimed at executing department objectives related to Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement. Direct the deployment of CI tools and methodologies in business and manufacturing environments to establish best-in-class processes. Define and establish KGS standards and criteria for achieving operational excellence and relevant certifications at various sites. Monitor and analyze department-wide performance metrics to ensure alignment with cost, efficiency, and quality objectives. Guide teams in the correct application and interpretation of certification criteria to ensure compliance. Serve as a key authority in reviewing, approving, and overseeing training programs to support a successful Certification Program. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of management and leadership experience, with the ability to oversee cross-departmental project teams and manage multiple related functions. OR Master’s degree and 8+ years of management and leadership experience, with the ability to oversee cross-departmental project teams and manage multiple related functions. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record in developing and implementing continuous improvement programs. Experience in the digitalization of manufacturing processes, training, and leading improvement initiatives. Hands-on expertise in various manufacturing methodologies. Experience in defining and executing large-scale, multi-year, multi-site strategic programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this role is $183,430.00 – $215,800. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
