Up to $90,000 What’s the Job? Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Develop and implement testing strategies and methodologies to enhance product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner. Conduct regular audits and reviews of testing processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve QA practices. What’s Needed? Proven experience in a QA leadership role with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions.
