Job Purpose Your mission:
Elevate our product standards to ensure unparalleled quality, driving proactive improvement strategies across manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Overseeing the QC lab operations and guaranteeing adherence to safety and calibration norms (80%). Recording and managing test results, ensuring data integrity through JDE systems. Collaborate with production teams to facilitate smooth operations and quality solutions. Analyze quality metrics and support the QC team in root cause analysis. Contribute toward KPI reports by leveraging data analysis skills (20%).
Teamwork & Leadership:
Assign tasks effectively to meet strategic objectives. Champion company culture and reinforce values. Communicate proactively to keep the team aligned and motivated. Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent QC lab experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data systems. Robust problem-solving and project management skills. Technical knowledge of chemicals in

products is a plus.
