Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience with five plus years as a Quality Assurance or similar role. A previous focus within PEO applications is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of PEO processes, front-to-back-end system integrations.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams focused on system quality assurance, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., tax regulations, FLSA, ACA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in test automation, performance testing, and integration testing for complex systems.
- Understanding of API testing, data validation, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex quality issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions for complex quality issues.
- Relevant certifications (e.
g., ISTQB, Six Sigma) are a plus.
