Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Delivery Lead to oversee high-quality application deliverables to Production in support of PEO projects. In this role, you will lead a team of quality assurance professionals, ensuring that all deliverables related to client onboarding, new hire administration, payroll processing, benefits management, and other seamless front-end and back-end integrations meet the highest standards for both legacy and new applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage QA processes and implement strategies for continuous improvement, ensuring that our products and services meet customer expectations and industry standards. This position reports to the Quality Release Manager.

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) + Proven experience with five plus years as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role. A previous focus within PEO applications is highly desired + Strong understanding of PEO processes, front-to-back-end system integrations + Experience in leading and mentoring teams focused on system quality assurance, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality standards + Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., tax regulations, FLSA, ACA) is a plus + Proficiency in test automation, performance testing, and integration testing for complex systems + Understanding of API testing, data validation, and workflow automation + Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile environments + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex quality issues to stakeholders at all levels + Strong analytical skills and experience in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions for complex quality issues + Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Six Sigma) are a plus Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
