Aercon Florida LLC is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Total Quality Management (TQM) Specialist to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management Systems:

Develop and implement TQM strategies and frameworks to promote a culture of continuous improvement across all production processes. Monitor and assess quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement:

Conduct regular quality audits and assessments of production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quality improvement plans and initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Training and Development:

Design and deliver training programs focused on quality management principles, tools, and methodologies for employees at all levels. Facilitate workshops and continuous education on quality-related topics, promoting awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

Quality Control:

Oversee and coordinate quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and product evaluations to ensure conformance with specifications. Analyze data from quality control processes and prepare reports on product quality and improvement efforts.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of quality management activities, including audits, inspections, testing results, and non-conformance reports. Prepare and present reports to management on quality performance, issues, and recommendations for improvement.

Safety and Cleanliness:

Ensure that all quality management activities are conducted in a safe and clean working environment. Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, or a related field; certification in quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred. Previous experience in a quality management or quality assurance role, preferably in the concrete or construction industry. Strong understanding of TQM principles, quality audit processes, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.

Working Conditions:
