We are seeking a dynamic Director of Quality Assurance to help lead our efforts in delivering high-quality, impactful services to youth and families across Southeast Florida. The Director of Quality Assurance plays a critical role in ensuring that our agency not only meets—but exceeds—regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards. Your leadership will help safeguard the integrity of our services and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- A strong background in behavioral health or public health, with demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and compliance.
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations, including DCF licensing, CARF accreditation, Medicaid guidelines, and other contractual or funding mandates.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector and a commitment to advancing mission-driven work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct detailed reviews of client records to assess quality and adherence to standards.
- Lead the development and implementation of corrective action plans, including staff retraining as needed.
- Perform routine health and safety inspections of facilities and office spaces.
- Review and track incident reports and grievances to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare quarterly reports and assist with audits, investigations, and grant writing.
- Collaborate with program directors and executive leadership to elevate agency-wide quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, and program oversight in behavioral health settings.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM
- 5:00 PM.
Must be flexible and available for occasional non-traditional hours due to audits, investigations, or urgent matters.
