Director of Quality Assurance & Clinical Training Glades INC The Villages, FL 32162 Glades Talent is working with a standout Home Health Agency looking to fill a Director of Quality Assurance and Clinical Training in Ocala. The Director of QA and Clinical Training is responsible for the training and professional development of the clinical staff and ongoing administration of the performance improvement (PI)/quality assurance (QA) program in the home health agency. The Director of Clinical Training and Quality Assurance is available during normal operating hours and works closely with the Director of Clinical Services, the compliance team, and other regional staff to facilitate the ongoing needs of the staff and patients. This person will know and utilize leadership and supervisory concepts to achieve positive outcomes to deliver the best quality of patient care. QUALIFICATIONS
Registered by the state of Florida as a Registered Nurse. Three to five years of experience in Medicare Home Health and OASIS required . Two years of experience in a supervisory position preferred. Knowledge and ability to apply community health principles and practices. Ability to supervise, guide, and develop skills and performance of service personnel.
