Now, we re looking for a skilled Quality Manager to lead our quality team and take our Thomasville, GA facility to the next level.
salary:
$60,000 – $90,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5
PMeducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities Oversee the entire Quality Assurance department and implement robust processes using lean principles Lead, develop, and manage Quality team members with performance accountability Own and maintain all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) Manage metrology processes and ensure calibration standards Maintain quality certifications and ensure compliance with industry and customer standards Represent the company in audits and with key aerospace customers Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and non-conformance resolution Actively lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments Bachelor s degree required (Engineering/Technical preferred); advanced degree a plus 5+ years in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment Deep knowledge of GD&T, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers analytical thinking, attention to detail, and leadership capability Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable working both on the floor and in the office The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoesSkillsQuality AssuranceQuality ControlProduct InspectionReassemblySamplingTestingInspectionProduction ControlProject ManagerCoachingManagingProblem SolvingDecision MakingOrganizationQualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ManagerRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
