What You Will Do Inspect incoming materials and assemblies for quality Investigate defects and develop countermeasures Implement short
• and long-term measures to ensure smooth production Collaborate on quality improvements during new project development Conduct Supplier Process Audits and review supplier products, tools, and systems Lead BIW audits and coordinate improvement plans with suppliers and engineers Manage assigned products to meet customer requirements Improve quality control systems using new technologies Ensure procedures comply with specifications and legal standards Supervise and motivate team members; serve as team contact Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring Required:

5+ years in automotive body or related field Bachelor’s degree Valid driver’s license Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Strong skills in quality concern, prompt judgment, problem solving, and feedback

Preferred:

Engineering degree; advanced degree preferred
