As a Quality Assurance Manager you will have the opportunity to support theorganization to meet customer expectations for products and services. Yourcontributions will have a direct impact on the business by ensuring all productsmeet customer expectations and demands. So, what will you be doing as Quality Assurance Manager?? Quality Planning and Document Controlo Leads in the development of quality assurance plans by conductingrisk analyses; identifying critical control points and preventivemeasures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures,corrective actions, and verification procedures.o Customer and compliance deviation documentation creationo QMS and Regulatory Compliance document control.o Development of policy and procedure as directed corporately orrequired locally.o Development of work instructions, visual aids, etcas directedcorporately or required locally.o Assist manufacturing sites as needed in document creation, revisionand control.o Address Supplier Quality issues for major customerso Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process andthe quality system.o Issues authorization of release of conforming product as required.? Business Intelligence and Process Controlo Data collection/mining and maintenance for process effectiveness andcontinuous improvement efforts.o Voice Of Customer (VOC) data input collection and output reportcreationo Prepares various quality reports including KPIs, trend reporting andtraining plans. Works with Operations Leadership to ensure thatreporting is reviewed with management and supervision and postedaccordingly in the plant.? Problem Solving / Facilitatingo Core competence in facilitating problem-solving events, specifically 8Do Provide leadership and ability to train others in problem solving.o Leadership with developing and executing development plans forQuality Team Members.o Ensure in-process quality checks are performed per our quality plans,recognize quality problems, and suggest adjustments to ensure thatorders are manufactured and shipped to specifications.o Interacts with operations management and supervision to ensurecorrective action is taken immediately.? Auditso Organize, manage and lead internal audits, corrective actions, andmanagement reviews.o Customer Audit leadership or assistance as required.o Third party audit review and leadership when required.o Leadership in development and deployment of plant team Qualityassessments.o Leadership of Supplier Quality audits when required.? Cross-Functional Teamso Ensures the promotion of awareness of customer requirementsthroughout the regional sites.o Interaction with customers and internal stakeholders to ensurecustomer satisfaction as directed.o New Product Development Gate owner for actionable items and datesrelated to launch or product changes as it relates to manufacturingsites within scope of direct influence.o Enhances department and organization reputation by acceptingownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploringopportunities to add value to job accomplishments.o Assists customer service, sales and management in tracking, trendingand resolving complaints. Ensure that customer reporting for qualitysystems meets customer requirements.?To be successful in this role, youll need:? Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality focused role within amanufacturing setting.? Minimum of 3 years of experience as a leader in the quality function.
