Bankruptcy Quality Control Coordinator 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Atlanta, GA 30341 Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Directly responsible for performing quality control reviews wherever there is an identified need Review and respond to scorecards; elevate, troubleshoot, and/or coordinate remediation as/if needed Act as primary author of department SOPs Monitor and track portfolio timeline and quality adherence Assist with reports/document development tickets as needed Act as primary handler/coordinator of alerts received from clients, through full implementation Ensure appropriate and inclusive implementation of all updates/changes Act as primary liaison with department affiliates Conduct trainings and/or meetings as needed to meet department quality standards/goals Provide initial boarding/training of new employees Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company policies and client directives to achieve overall company goals Keep immediate superiors fully informed of problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative action(s) which may be taken Embody professional comradery/community/communication Attend/Participate in meetings with internal/external parties Any/All other duties assigned
