Position Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead and manage all aspects of our Roleplayer Services contract in support of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia. The PM will serve as the primary point of contact with the Government and will oversee project execution, personnel management, quality assurance, and deliverables in accordance with the Performance-Based Statement of Work (PBSOW).

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the contractor’s Quality Control Plan (QCP) in compliance with the solicitation’s performance requirements. Monitor all contract deliverables, processes, and performance metrics across all CLINs (labor, materials, training, props, etc.). Conduct regular internal inspections and audits to ensure compliance with Section C and Section E of the PBSOW. Track deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and document root cause analyses. Provide formal quality reports and updates to the Program Manager and Government stakeholders. Coordinate with the Government COR, inspectors, and technical representatives on quality issues and resolution efforts. Train and brief staff on quality standards, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to performance standards outlined in the Performance Requirements Summary and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).

Qualifications:
REQUIRED

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain

DHS/FLETC

suitability. High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and 3+ years of quality assurance or contract compliance experience. Prior experience managing or supporting quality programs under federal contracts. Demonstrated knowledge of performance-based service contracts and FAR compliance. Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with Government officials.

PREFERRED

Experience supporting training services or roleplayer contracts for DHS, DOJ, or DoD. Familiarity with

ISO 9001

principles, Six Sigma, or other quality systems. Experience with contract deliverable tracking systems or QMS platforms.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED is required. Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Quality Assurance, Project Management, or a related field is strongly preferred. Formal training or certification in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Process Improvement (e.g., ISO 9001 , Six Sigma , Lean , or equivalent) is highly desirable and may substitute for higher education.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of recent experience (within the last 5 years) in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role on a federal government contract, preferably involving training services , roleplayer support , or logistics coordination .
