We are seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to join our team at Rudolph Foods. In this role, you will oversee quality control processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and CGMP practices. To Be a Great Fit for The Role Ø Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role within food manufacturing. Ø Strong knowledge of

ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA

regulations, and CGMP Ø Ability to maintain fundamental food safety programs (including Master Cleaning Schedules/Sanitation SOP, GMPs, Integrated Pest Management, Food Safety Consumer Complaints, Recall/Traceability, Chemical Control, Allergen Control, Supplier Certification; FM Control). Ø Track Consumer Complaints; Submit periodic action plans to customers and the corporate office. Ø Prioritize responding to Corporate CARs within 7 days. Issue local plant CARs as needed and follow through to completion. Trend issues. Ø As Food Safety Team coordinator, hold weekly score meetings. Review repeat deficiencies and develop strategies that address the root cause. Ø Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ø Lead the Plant Quality Team, hold weekly meetings. Forward notes of meeting to QA Director. Ø Oversight of plant SQF implementation and maintenance. Maintain, verify, and validate SQF programs. Complete validation forms each month based on the SQF Verification/Validation Schedule. Conduct a monthly Management Review meeting. Ø Possesses three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or university is a plus but not required. What’s in it for you? The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good-faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Availability for night shifts and weekends is required.
