Pavement Marking Team Lead Wall Asphalt Services Inc. 65 School Ln, Franklin, GA 30217 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead, to oversee and coordinate our team on various projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the capability to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. As a Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication among team members. Responsibilities Lead a team of workers by example, to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. YOU are the main one applying pavement markings. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and schematics to guide construction activities. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications. Train team members on proper use of tools, equipment, and safety protocols. Troubleshoot issues on-site. Foster a collaborative environment by promoting teamwork and open communication among crew members. Measure every foot of work completed daily and log in Clock-Shark on the correct job. Knowledge of water blaster or experience water blasting in a plus. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within the pavement marking industry. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and OSHA safety standards. Proficiency in using email. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Familiarity with striping equipment such as an GRACO is preferred but not mandatory.
