A degree in Engineering is required and those with quality experience in both electrical components and casting manufacturing is highly desired. Problem resolution at the plant level, monitor supplier system to gauge quality performance Support AQP activities with suppliers. Knowledge with
UL, ASME
a plus. Supervise Quality team and lead/develop quality initiatives throughout the company. Manage the internal quality system, complete special projects in the areas of quality system improvement and corrective action. Assists in development and implementation of continuous improvement projects. Assists with internal and third-party audits in support of ISO certification.
