Quality Assurance Manager Position Available In Jackson, Georgia

Enchem America, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Quality Assurance Manager to lead the company’s quality assurance systems and ensure compliance with global standards. This role will be pivotal in maintaining product integrity, supporting customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead responses to customer VOC (Voice of Customer), VOB (Voice of Business), CS (Customer Satisfaction) concerns, and audit requests Manage and maintain

ISO/IATF

certification systems, including preparation for external and internal audits Oversee quality processes such as VDA, 4M change management, PPAP submissions, delivery specifications, and internal quality audits Revise and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality and manufacturing, and lead standardization of non-standard workflows Develop and oversee the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) compliance framework for quality management Coordinate the implementation and effectiveness evaluation of global quality control, assurance, and certification improvement initiatives Identify areas for improvement through quality system and process reviews, and ensure effective standardization and validation of outcomes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field 10 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance role within the chemical or manufacturing industry Senior Manager level or above Strong communication and leadership skills, with proven experience managing teams

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with audits in the chemical industry Experience managing audits from automotive clients Certified internal auditor for ISO 9001 and

IATF 16949

Possession of ISO, IATF, or VDA certifications is a strong plus Experience implementing and managing ESG-related quality initiatives
