Growing manufacturer is looking for a Quality Manager to overseethe quality assurance and the quality team supporting 2 productionfacilities. You would lead and manage the activities of the qualitypersonnel assigned to the quality assurance activities in bothlocations. The position is available due to promotion. They are an
ISO 9001
2015 facility and manufacturer of OEM and aftermarketproducts. Direct reports include a team of Senior QualityTechnicians and Quality Technicians.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the
ISO 9001
2015 and Quality ManagementSystems Develop and implement process controls and continuousimprovement Establish metrics and provide performance data/reports relatedto the QMSs Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing problems and helpimplement solutions Lead lean and continuous activities within the qualityteam Review new programs to ensure adherence to the qualityspecifications Host and respond to findings as a result of ISO and/or customeraudits They offer a great growth opportunity and ability to get involvedand advance within the quality field. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 5+ years of quality management experience
