We are currently seeking a QC Supervisor (1st Shift) for our Dalton, Georgia facility. Salary range is $70,000-$88,000.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensures employees are working safely and all safety guidelines are being followed Works with Production and Technical Services to address any non-conformances promptly so that there are no delivery delays Works with Quality team and Production team to address off-color issues and other quality issues Orders and maintains QC supplies Assists with gauge R&R studies as needed Assists in non-conformance investigations Reviews products for improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
High School Diploma & 5 years in Quality Control experience or 2 years Quality Supervision experience Proven leadership skills and a working knowledge of the QMS and all process flows. Strong knowledge of existing systems including QMS and Microsoft Office, experience with D365 preferred Ability to manage day-to-day activities to achieve company goals. .
